Most of our tea products are loose-leaf because it offers superior flavour, aroma, freshness and nutrients.

Loose-leaf tea leaves have more room to expand during brewing, which helps release their full nutrients and character, creating a richer, more nuanced cup.

While we understand that tea bags are convenient, they often use smaller, broken leaves that can compromise the quality. We believe in delivering the best tea experience, and for that, loose-leaf tea is the ideal choice.

However, we understand the importance of convenience and are working on options that allow customers to enjoy premium quality tea without sacrificing ease of use.

What makes speciality tea flavours unique?

Speciality teas are crafted with care, often sourced from specific regions where climate, altitude, soil, growing conditions, and traditional processing methods influence their distinct flavours. From floral and fruity to malty and toasty, each tea has its own natural taste, without the need for artificial additives.

Can your teas be re-brewed?

Yes! All of our teas are authentic and high-quality, allowing them to be steeped multiple times, revealing different flavours with each infusion.

How does the taste change with each re-brew?

The first steep is often the strongest, with later brews revealing more subtle, complex, and sometimes sweeter flavours as the leaves fully open.

Should I change the steeping time for re-brews?

Yes. Generally, increase the steeping time by 30 seconds to a minute for each subsequent brew to extract more flavour.

How long can I keep the tea leaves between infusions?

It’s best to re-brew within a few hours. If saving for later, keep the wet leaves in a covered container at room temperature for no more than 12 hours, or refrigerate them to extend freshness.

Can tea bags be re-brewed?

Most standard tea bags are designed for a single use, but some higher-quality pyramid-style sachets with whole leaves can handle a second steep.

How many times I can re-brew your teas?

The number of times you can re-brew our teas varies by type. We provide specific re-brewing details for each tea on our website (Brewing Instruction) for guidance.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

What should I do if my product arrives broken or faulty?

We’re committed to ensuring every sip of tea brings you joy. If there’s an issue, we’ll work to make it right!

Safe-Packaging is our priority. However, if this issue occurs, we will do our best to solve it for you promptly.

If your product arrives broken or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting our Customer Care Team. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the broken or faulty product to verify the claim.
  • Clear photos of shipping box condition, both external and internal to assess transit issues.
  • Please do not discard the affected product and packaging until the issue is solved.

Depending on the issue, we will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit for the affected product.
